The issue of the storage fee should’ve been written and addressed in the P&S contract, with escalating penalties, with your right to dispose of after a certain period of time. I guess it’s not done.
Did you you a certified letter demanding the removal??

I am from South Dakota and recently purchased my first home, the previous owner told me the windmill on the property was not part closing, so I told her the windmill had to be moved as soon as possible, she has also left a few items in a storage shed on the property. It has now been three months and no word from her on when anything will be moved. Can I legal charge her a storage fee for the items in the storage shed, and/or take over position of the windmill?
