CAN ANYONE OFFER ANY ADVICE ON DEALING WITH LOAN COMPANIES ON A PRE-FORECLOSURE? WHAT QUESTIONS SHOULD I ASK? WHAT ARE THEY LIKELY TO BE WILLING TO DO REGARDING ACCUMULATED FEES, BACK PAYMENTS, ETC. WHAT POINTS SHOULD I FOCUS ON FOR THE DEAL TO BE ADVANTAGEOUS TO THEM AS WELL AS MYSELF.

THANKS

a letter of authorization from the seller to find out the particulars of the loan.

You need to find out the arreage or reinstatement figures (in which case you have to contact the attorney) if it has gone that far.

You could also try to work out a forebearance agreement… ie move the arreages to the back of the note.

Mostly the points that want focused on is getting the loan current.

p.s. Please takes the ALL CAPS OFF… on the Internet, it is the equivalent of shouting.
