Buy repo’s only!
Check over on the mobil board about this. Buying one of these new is, IMHO, a waste of time. Around where I live, the companies that put these in are charging around $75 a sq. ft. installed. This would include a bare bones basement, and a gravel driveway of mininum length. Landscaping, paved driveway, garage, or additional site prep work would be extra.
You can get a repo for WAY less, and have the other stuff done. Make sure you check around good , because prices vary a lot.
