I was wondering if there are any pre-foreclosure lists I could subscribe to. I know there are a lot of shady companies out there. I would need lists from mortgage states. I’m not interested in homes that are in foreclosure, only pre-foreclosure (few filings in place). Can anyone link me to reputable companies that gather these names up on a monthly basis?
