I am having problems locating forclosures in a timely manner. The notice of forclosure sale is posted at public records less than 10 days before the sale (because they are so slow and backed up). By then the sellers have sought other alternatives i.e. bankruptcy. There is no notice of default being filed. What other filings can I look for?
