Maybe…if there has been a Conservator/Guardian of the Estate appointed, to replace that person who’s now been found to have senile dementia.
And probably that person will have the authority, probably pending court approval, to sell any of the property.
To learn who’s acting for Estate now, you need to look at the court file & make contact with the Estate’s lawyer, who will know the details of the Estate’s management. And who has the authority, probably to go back to the Court to appoint a new person, which the court would do once the court knows the first person has SD.
