if you’re the manager in the operating agreement and it doesn’t require 2 signaure, the you can do all the day-to-day llc stuff.

Isn’t a fax machine, email or in the case of needing wet signatures fed-ex good enough?

I formed an LLC, my partner lives out of town. I will be managing partner and for financing purposes, my partner’s credit will be used. Since I will be doing all the paperwork, I will need a POA for that purpose… is this the only POA I will need or do I need another one for general management puposes since my partner will never be in town to sign anything?

I’m not an attorney, but many lenders and settlement agents will require a specific POA for each property regardless if you have a general POA or not.
