yes it’s a regular payment. the whole story is a little sketchy and long but to make it short there was really no way to refuse to sign without finding myself homeless

has anyone ever heard of a buyer being charged 470 a month for pmi??? credit was not to horrible loan was for 100% but this just seems a little extreme

What was the regular monthly payment? These are usually a percentage. Its also disclosed in advance, so you could have refused to close.
