Doing my first Short Sale and lost in the woods of double closing or simultaneous closing. Iâ??ve been told that I can do warranty deed to trustee and make the end buyer to pay me first and then I pay to bank and HOA. But question is if the end buyer is on safe side this way? Because if not, I am in trouble as I understand.
Please, any good advise on double or simultaneous closing would be greatly appreciated!

Your lender must agree to and approve the short sale. There are no guarantees that the lender will approve the short sale. Contact your lender and do this the right way. If the lender approves the short sale, your lender will give you paperwork that totally explains how the transaction should be conducted.
