I was also one of those boot camp seminar attendees who paid $6000.00 for that the three days. I got a couple of leads on notes talked to sellers but what frustrated me the most is that I like you wanted to own the notes but wasn’t educated enough to do so i.e. having a funding source to loan against them.
So I basically stopped. About the only thing of value I have from that seminar were sheets that told you haow to figure certain cash flows but that’s about it. Since reading this forum I have a new zest for getting back into it. Yes I believe that P.M.A. (Positive Mental Attitude) is probably 99% of wheather you will succeed or fail (at least that’s my opinion). I’m sorry if this question has been asked already but I have Terry’s Course I feel I have enough understanding to be dangerous here. Would your Paper Trilogy be appropriate first or the 5 day video course? and you had a phone number I believe some time back that was to get info. on personal developement, am I correct on this?
