Good question. Canadians are notorious conservative when it comes to creative Real Estate manoeuvres.

Anyone here used or know of someone using a performance mortgage in Canada? I’m sure there’s no problem with it, but of course my lawyer is jittery about it since he’s never done one or heard of one being done, and I’d like to be able to direct him to someone who has.
