Pd Account? - Posted by Bill-Ut

Generally, businesses report to the credit bureaus on a monthly basis at the beginning of each month. It depends on the type of credit as to whether or not the creditor must even report it as paid in full. If you have documentation indicating it has been paid in full, you can furnish it to the credit reporting agency. They will verify its validity and then they will indicate on your credit report that it has a zero balance.

Each credit bureau shows the credit scores in a different location on the report. If you did not pay for your credit score, you probably did not receive it. If you did pay for it, contact the credit bureau and ask them where they show it in the report.

I paid off an account (back in July), but the credit report shows that it is still open.

How long before it is suppose to be taken off the credit report?

Also on that credit report where does it say what you credit score is?

Thanks for the Ideas
