unless you can find a deed transferring Title elsewhere. Many people just forget about their annual filings and not all states require them.

What would need to be done to transfer title of a property from someone who owns it through an LLC that hasn’t had paperwork filed with the state for several years and is therefore non-active and expired? Who would the owner be?
