My husband and I are buying a house through owner financing. My husband has a child support judgement of $38,000 from a former marriage. Would this prevent us from buying a house ? Would we be able to take title to this house?

I hope you obtain the owner financing. And then I hope his ex-wife comes and takes it all away from him. What a dead beat.
