yes, this is fairly standard, but not carved in stone. Typical option payment is 3 to 5 percent of purchase price. Sometimes this is affected by market considerations.

The course I have (Claude Diamond’s)so far seems to be a very thorough. He say’s to give 100% of the consideration money to apply to the purchase price. Is this rather standard or what do the other course author’s recommend?
