Somewhere along the line, you come to the conclusion that building a web site is a cake walk. I’ve got some bad news for you A.B., it’s not the cake walk that you think it is.
To Build it is easy, to have in pull and be productive is another.

I think the lease option approach, allows you more control, and rather than sit and wait for results, you can make things happen by canvassing, marketing, establishing contacts in the community. Remember, you were asking which one has FASTER results.

Everyone Please Voice Your Opinions, here are my options:

A) I can build a website selling mortgage leads, do free marketing, and within a week have orders coming in that will make me a few hundred dollars to a few thousand dollars a week. Then offer a partnership for $0 down and just have them work the business a few hours a day and collect monthly income from them to keep marketing the site and maintaining it. Then they also will give me 50% of the sales income…

or…

B) I can sub-lease homes that I lease option and get a markup on the payments plus downpayments up front…

Which of these two do you all think will be the fastest vehical to becoming wealthy?

A.B., unless your an Internet Marketing guru, and well versed on how the internet works, stick to real estate. The Internet is not a field of dreams. [if you build it they will come]
At least here you have the likes of Ed Garcia, JPiper, Merle and a host of other well qualified gurus [not me]who have a proven track record and more importantly are willing to share their experiences for free I might add. I have access to a lot of Internet gurus, myself , I have built and marketed many Internet based applications, including casinos and other B2B tools, and I have not even looked at building a website for real estate yet…LOL

Either way you choose tho, good luck
