I have been investing for about 3 years now. I have talked to different people. A few months ago I called all the “I Buy Houses” people just to introduce myself and get contacts. It doesn’t appear that people care about networking here. I think everyone is afraid of each other (Just my opinion) I mentor to other investors that know less than me and I have a mentor that knows a whole lot more than me. I love to talk (and do) this stuff. 597-0499

Are there any investors doing creative/unconventional deals in Omaha? I’ve been looking for a REI club to network with but have been unsuccessful finding one to this point.

I’m in Omaha and definitely interested in networking. I can’t call myself an investor yet, but I’ve been studying up and working toward goals. I could use help and can be of help. My plan is to flip so I need to know people. Are you someone I could call?
