The basic “nuts and bolts” are pretty similar (Lousiana has more than a few quirks IIRC). But the devil is in the details, that is making sure that it complies with “state specific” property law and some “customs” vary not only from state to state but within states. Also there are hundreds of contingencies that can come up, how they will be addressed is best handled in the contract, not in a courtroom.
My best (and cheapest) bet, ask a local Realtor to walk you through the form used by the local board of Realtors. Second cheapest, get a REAL ESTATE SAVVY attorney.
