Absolutely. Start right now and tell the tenants that it will be on their record if they don’t pay up. That might wake them up to their responsibilities.

I have given my tenant 30 Days Notice to Vacate. However, they now refuse to pay the normal monthly rent. They have until 8/20/01 to move out. Is it legal for me to now give them a 3 Day Notice to Vacate?
P.S. I’m in Texas
