Kevin, I buy and sell lots of notes and would be happy to look at yours. However, be aware that most notes like that go for about half price, approximately. Let me know if you want to talk further.

Wouldn’t you need to know the LTV of any existing financing, along with the combined LTV of the new note with the existing financing?? Wouldn’t the interest rate and maturity of Kevin’s note come into play as well…not to mention many other factors??
If not, email me…I’ve got some notes I’ll sell you at half price.
