Can anyone tell me how much potential there is in the Northern Floida market to do “Lonnie Deals.” I am interested in moving to that area. Also interested in knowing the difficulties in getting a dealers license if one would be required in Florida.

I think there is quite a bit of potential here in NW FL. I haven’t done too much with MHs but the housing market is crazy with home prices climbing about 15 to 20% a year. Folks have got to live somewhere and they can’t all afford the 300K condos or the 250K 3/2’s in one of the neighborhoods.
Actually thought you were THE LONNIE for a moment…too bad I would love to have him in the nighborhood…
