Hi, My name is Gavin and this is my first visit to this site…WOW!!! I am very excited with all the advice and guidance offered here for the benefit of everyone! I plan to start out by flipping the fixer uppers to rehab investors. (I am in Gwinnett Co Georgia)My focus at this time is on pre-foreclosures and foreclosures.
