Are there any lenders still doing owner occupied cash out no doc up to 90% ? If so what scores are needed also the house is currently listed ,but listing expires 11/18. The house is in Oregon.

Having the property recently listed is what is going to make the rate bad on this one.

Also expect a pre-payment penalty with your loan. No lender will want to think they are funding a loan only to be paid off in a few months.

Yes Aurora will do a Owner Occupied loan at 90%. A 660 score is needed and rates will be high about 14%
