What county are you looking in? There are a few counties in NJ that would be helpful to have a ‘connected’ attorney… Particularly if you’re performing a decent sized transaction…
Hudson county, in particular, due to all types of corruption, it is helpful to have an attorney who is friendly with local government to help push any paperwork through…
