Your nervous fear is quite common. We have all felt it. Knowledge conquers fear. You have found the right site. To start with, I suggest you buy Lonnie’s book “Deals On Wheels”. It sells for about $30 here. This will provide you with the background education to both understand the business and the questions. This book can be all you need to get started. Lonnie’s book not only teaches you the mobile home business but it also teaches you how money works. Most of us simply learned how to work for money. Lonnie will teach you how to make money work for you.
This site can quickly answer questions as they come up. We all come to this site to learn and most participate by actively answering questions once they have established a confidence level with these deals. Lonnie’s book will provide you too with this ability.

Hi everyone,
I live close to Montgomery Al. My wife wants me
to try buying mobile homes like Lonnie and Ernest. To
tell you the truth I’m scared to death. I’m in a position
to where I can’t afford to buy a 200.00 course but
yet I’m willing to learn. I need info, knowledge, and
friends. I’m game but afraid. I’m tired of being broke.
I don’t want to rip anyone off, but I sure could use
some help. I would never forget it. I work in a
hospital as a tech so I don’t have a lot of money.
I just want to do better for my family. They are looking
at me to do something more. I have the vehicle but no
knowledge to drive it(real estate buying that is). I’m
not begging for anything free. I just need a hard
helping hand so I can get started. I don’t really expect
someone like Lonnie or Ernest to help me because I’m
sure they’re very busy like the rest of you all. But I
need some kind of push in the right direction so I can
learn and not fall into the dreaded pitfalls of real
estate. I would love any old tattered used info I can
get. I just need a helping hand. I’m down and afraid
but I do have the backbone it takes to learn and do it.
If not for me, at least for my wife and child. I’m smart
enough to listen to others and learn just need the right
directions to go. Can anyone pleaseeeee help me. You can

Many of us were once in the same position you are now. Heck, it took me a week to work up the courage to hit the order button and get Deals on Wheels! I just laugh about it now, as it’s ridiculous how much money I can make off that $30 book. Order it now!!!
Read through it entirely BEFORE doing a deal. Then start cruising the parks, get to know some PM’s, and ask questions. Lots of people can help here too. The fear probably never totally goes away, but experience and success will allow you to control it. Start today and good luck!
