I am just beginning to entertain the idea of real estate investing. I’m at the stage of not even knowing what questions to ask. One thing I’ve wondered about is, do you suggest getting a real estate license as part of the learning process or is it helpful to have as an investor?
Are there courses/books out there for real estate investment that you have taken/read and recommend? If so, would you please share the contact information/titles with me.
Thanks in advance for your help

Before you start spending money on courses and books, try your local library. They should have a section on real estate investing. Also, earlier this week someone gave a list of recommended books to read here on this site. I did print it out but I don’t have it with me.
Much Success!
