Me and my wife are new to this as well, and we just made our first offer on a bank owned property.
We are in CreedMoor. We intend to attend the local investor meeting, listed in the above post…

The last time I looked at their site it was set up for christmas and didn’t have any information on it… but normally they list the meeting time and place, and a short contact list.
We are interested in partnering up with a team to spread out our risk and to get more deals completed quickly.
