I recommend the CI 101. It is the beginner commercial class but very interesting. You will walk out of it “getting it”. Don’t be fooled though. It teaches the numbers, not negotiation but is well worth the cost. Shoot me an email and I can send you the book from a class that we held here in Cleveland (NOT the 101 book).
