I am just begining to get started in real estate and have a few questions for you avid invesetors if you could please help?

  1. How do you buy with NO MONEY DOWN? I have seen Carlton
    Sheets on TV and have been thinking about purchasing his
    tapes?

  2. Should I use the equity I have in my own home to
    purchase rental or rehabs?

  3. What is the best way to find the “real deals” out there?
    Real Estate broker, paper, or word of mouth?

  4. Should you attempt to do the repairs yourself or hire
    someone?

I know these may seem to be elementary questions… but I am new to the game.
