Hello all,

This is an open question.

I’m buying my first home. The home is about 127K they want 1K to hold the property… they are giving 1,300 dollers for credit towards close. So, 2,300(1,000 down + 1,300 as part of a move in special) dollers to close on this property. The homes are going up about 1K per week. I figure this pays for itself. 4K a month… these houses will be running at about 135K/200K by next year. I think this is a good investment. just wanted to get some Feed back. =)

generally new homes aren’t great investments. But if your crystal ball indicates that the house is going to go up $1k per week, then buy as many as you can. I am not as good as you seem to be at predicting housing appreciation trends.
