Also thank you to the person who mentioned to call CS customer service and tell them that I want to return the course before the 30 days. I called and they gave me the 50% off!!! All new CS students should try this.

Hi everyone, I just purchased the CS course. If anyone have any do’s and dont’s for beginners please post them here for me or e-mail them to docelyn@hotmail.com. Also if there are any extra materials offered by CS you think would be helpful to me let me know so that I can purchase them.

I’m thinking about doing lease options and flipping. Are there any books by other authors that you guys recommend that I could buy?

If there is anyone in the NC area that’s doing the CS course I’d like to get in contact and ask some pointers.

I would recommend that you join a local investor’s
club. This web site has a search engine for them.

If you call the Carleton Sheets customer service number and tell them you want to return the course they will drop the last two payments if you keep the course I did it it saves you some money

I would like to say thanks for this information. I called the CS Customer Service department at 1-800-369-6846 and they credited my credit card for $110.00!!! That is incredible.
