Bad news. There is a reason no one will set up your corporation without your private information. Nevada has changed its policy on information required for a new LLC or Corp. In a Nevada Corp. or LLC, you are no longer completely private.
If you have substantial assets, you have a reason for seeking privacy. If not, why bother?

I am looking up info on setting up a nevada llc in which my name will appear on absolutely no paperwork in order for me to remain completely private.
I’ve read the books and the books make it seem easy but I cant find anyone to incorporate it through that will set it up w/out my name on the paperwork.
The books say “set the LLC up and then use bearer stocks and pay an individual in nevada to have their name on the paperwork with the state”
how do you guys suggest to do it and do you have any recommendations on who to use to prepare my corporate paperwork (as i am located in ca)
