Email me directly to go over your options. Are you looking for more then 80% on either of them? You can get it with a good enough credit score, but the rates are higher. What part of FL are you in? How is your credit? If you would like to email me a contact number, I will be happy to help you find the best lender available.

Do anyone here know a good lender that can refinance my properties to pull cash out? Properties are worth $110k and $105k and they owe 59K and 62k respectively.
Thanks in advance.

This seems to be a pretty cut and dry type of refinance with amount of equity available to you in each property. A few factors such as your credit, ability to prove your income and the type of property will be key factors in determining the interest rate and amount of cash you will receive. Feel free to email me at MtgGuru7@aol.com…btw, I am a licensed Florida Mortgage Broker…Bryan
