Hello Everyone,

I’ve got a challenging one. I need to come up with 10K by the end of August. I’d like to do this through real estate deals and wanted to know if anyone had a recommendation or a plan of action to accomplish this.

I already have an Ad in the local penny saver. Bandit signs are in the mail and I should be getting them in a few days. I also have access to MLS and have been faxing offers to agent at 50% LTV on “fixer” houses. The faxing offers has not produced any leads. The Ad in pennysaver produces several calls a week but all sellers thus far are unrealistic about what they can get for their home.

Please help…and be specific. =o)
