I have been investing in a condo complex for about 8 years now and have about 30 condos in the complex that I rent out. I have sold about 10 of my condos in the past year and have not had any problems until recently. Countrywide financed 3 of the units that I sold 2 months ago without any problems. I was selling 3 more units to the same buy, in the same complex, at the same price and they said on the day of closing that since the complex was not Fannie Mae warrantable, they would not complete loan. This was frustrating because the loan the buyer was getting was not even a conforming loan. They said they “forgot” to get the form filled out last time or they would not of done the loans a few months ago. Can someone help me…I need to find these buyers (of my condos)loans that 90% LTV, under 7% interest for borrowers with a fico of greater than 700. These condos average in price of 55k. Either email me back for call me at 704-715-4027. I have about 1.5 million of transactions lined up with good borrowers and just someone who can do the non-warrantable condos. Thanks!

I am trying to buy the condo that I am cuurently renting. Problem is no one will finnace a non warrentable condo in OHIO. Complex is about 35% owner occupied at this point. My fico score is arround 685. Help. Condo asking price 84,000

I may be able to help. I have done financing for many condo-conversion projects. There is an investor that I work with that does non-warrantable condos. Depending on the location of them, etc. I may be able to finance them.
