Chuck,

My buyers use Foremost Insurance. They’ve even insured a 1967 MH that I sold.

I believe Foremost was purchased by Farmer’s Insurance. Try calling your local Farmer’s agent. They should be able to help you out. I send my buyers to my Farmer’s agent.

My insurance agent just informed me that the company
that he uses has an age limit of 1981 and the roof
must be sloped or pitched.

Anyone know an insurance company that would insure
a 1974 MH??

Also try Ken Quist at 800-798-2288. He writes policies for older homes just about anywhere.
