I am in the process of buying a single family home for a rental. I feel like there’s about a million things to remember about screening tenants, rental apps, lease, ect. Anyone have a good checklist of things to do before going to the closing table? I want a tenant lined up when I close the end of August. Thanks.

Also check out Mr. Landlord . com. From a fulltime long time landlord, SCREEN SCREEN SCREEN. And definitely run a credit check on the applicant.
