Welcome. NYC laws are tough and the prices are high. There is always deals in any market, you just have to “find” them.

Hello my name is Al and I am a new investor in the NYC area.
I would like to know if there is anyone out there familiar with the creative financing techniques used in the NYC area.
I would also like to know if anyone might know of a real estate attorney who is onboard with the creative financing techniques used in the NYC area.
Lastly, if anyone might be able to introduce me to an active investor who is investing creatively that would be also greatly appreciated.
