Super cheap signs is the way to go.
I got 100 18x24 for about 1.90 each.

I use a local printer to make my signs that I place at my properties. I get a good price and they do good work.
When I had my bandit signs printed, I used a company in N.C. called National Sign. They charged $2.50 apiece and produced a good quality corrogated plastic sign. Their # is 828-478-2123
I have since been told by other investors here to try Super Cheap Signs. Not sure where they are located but their # is 512-833-9900. I understand the cost for their bandits to be less than $2.00 each. I will try them next time.
