Jim if you get the course and use it and work harder than you ever have in your life then you will more than likley be able to earn a great income. I speak from experience in that I bought the course and was able to go forward to the point that my wife and I were on the commercial telling our own story. I wish you well but remember if you are not willing to work hard don’t even bother to buy the course.

Lurked here for a while. I see many enthusiastic people who have just purchased the course. That’s great… but far fewer who claim to actually be making real money at it.
I’m going to buy the course but would like to hear from those who have used it successfully… anything you can share one way or the other is appreciated.

Jim, Working the program means you have to get up in the mornings have your coffee (caffeine is Gooood for you)! And out to the door with a list of things you have to do pertaining to real estate investing. Going to the court-house to look up information on homes you are going to buy, going to talk to an agent about properties especially expired listings, and talking to several escrow companies whom you will be working with, and looking at properties themselves and talking to the owners at the same time. You will find yourself dogged-tired when you get home ready to flopped into the bed at 9PM in the evening. Are you sure you want to do this business??? There is alot of work involved but eventually you 'll find yourself on an informercial as some of my friends have been. If you feel you need to do this business, study the course over several months and ask alot of questions in the chat room on this site and on the message boards here. It isn’t a “get rick quick” business but it can be very profitable for those who hang in there!!!
The opinion of a local mentor here in San Diego, CA is that 95% of the people he trains never do anything with it (at $4K a session that’s a lot of nothing going on).
I run a business and I imagine the failure rate is not quite that bad but it’s very high there to.
The key is to keep going. It took us 2 years to get into a situation where our businesses were profitable. Slow and steady mindset is probably a good idea. If it happens faster than that then it’s a happy surprise, if it takes awhile you’re already conditioned to deal with the challenging times.
