Can I hire an atty out of the county in which I purchased the properties from the broker? I would be ecstatic if so. My current atty has done absolutely nothing except have me sign countless lien releases for the broker to complete sales of his other real estate, and ect…he even recently had me to pay DEARLY for a mandatory deposition that brought my unfortunate “teenage” issues to a fault against me in this property case. Now he sais there is no chance to win, and to give it up and take hard lesson learnt. I honestly do appreciate all of your feedback, I need all the support I can get. Thanks…
