I’m a traveling nurse and getting started with R.E. investing. My plan for my client(home seller)is to educate them on L/P, provide L/P forms, market and credit check for T/Bs. My consulting fee would be from the T/B consideration money.I don’t want to L/P from the seller because of my job I travel and don’t want any long-term commitment. My questions are 1.Is this legal? 2. If so where can I find contracts for consulting? 3.What do I need to say in the contract to protect me from any lawsuits or from the seller not paying me the T/B consideration money.
