Need a Commerical lender for small loan - Posted by Mick
Posted by Mick on March 23, 2005 at 07:42:45:
I am looking at several 5+ unit homes in Pennsylvania, all with low prices, i.e. 150K - 300K. Are there any lenders out there that will do these sort of commerical loans with 75 - 80% LTV ammortized over 25 years?
