I have 2 single family investment properties in Miami.
One is a waterfront property in N Miami the other a 3 bedroom in Miami Shores.
I have had them listed with a realtor for 8 months.
I just recently listed them with an auctioneer,and we spent about 15k in advertising and had a hidden minimum bid of the bank payoff on both.Only one lowball bid on the waterfront house.
They are both now in foreclose,the small house for about 3 months the waterfront house for about a month.
My question is how long can I keep them before the foreclose is final?

Have you talked to the lender about accepting a short sale. This might open the amount of buyers for you.

Being that both properties are listed I would give the agent an authorization to release information and ask them to contact your lender (if you need one contact me and I’ll send you mine). The lender, at least in my deals, will tell me what kind of time frame I am dealing with in regards to being able to sell the home.
Your lender is going through the legal process and at this time may not have been given the green light from the judge to set a date for sale. They most likly have a time frame in mind, but not an actual date.
