Thanks for the help. I know that you must have a person sign a waiver about the buyer’s right to investigate deaths in the home if you are selling, but I will be renting it. Do these laws still apply to a rental?

You didn’t post the link. Although I would, not having read the site you refer to, assume that you don’t have to disclose unless asked. Similar to if you are selling a car that you know was in an accident – unless the buer asks “was it in any accidents” you don’t have to publicize it.
I would check with a lawyer though to make sure. But I doubt it.

Maybe you will get lucky and the house will become haunted and you can run tours through it! Look at it as a marketing bonus! :slight_smile:
