Mr. Garcia,
I am currently holding several multifamily units in an LLC. All of the properties have 80% LTV or better. The mortgages are all held in the commercial side of local banks and are all at rates right around prime. I am looking to bundle all of the mortgages and refinance them with a lender who specializes in financing multifamily properties and offers lower rates. Can you reccomend any particular lendor or a strategy to get the most bang for my re-fi buck.
