He spoke at my REI club. Was very good.
I’ve HEARD from others that his course is excellent, but his weekend seminar in Orlando is a waste (get the same out of the course)…again just what I heard.

I had purchased it probably several months ago. Very informative. It’s a step by step guide. He gives you scripts, sample letters, legal docs…practically everything you would need…it really is worth the money. We have done two deals since purchasing this course, and we work full-time.
