i can buy a double for 60k , worth 75k as is ,and worth 90’s after cosmetics .my goal is to keep it as a rental .
i cannot show income but i have 743 beacon score .can i find a stated income or no verif. loan out there w/ minimal down ?(3 -5%dn ). i can owner occupy if needed .a fast response and/or referral would be greatly appreciated .( i am in Cleveland , Ohio.)
