Mr. Bronchick: Have you had a chance to look at the amendments to the Texas Property Code as signed into law by the Governor? Apparently there were some changes when the Senate and House versions were reconciled.

Any guesses as to the impact of the amendments, particularly on LOs of less than 3 years duration?

I’m not looking for legal advice here, just the opinion of an informed RE person.
