Hi I usually sit on the sidelines and just read and soak up all the info I have also read DOW. But now I have a question to throw out. I already have one land /home deal but now I have a chance to buy a 1983 14x 54 sw for 900.00.I live in pasco county fl and I was told by a transporter that you cannot keep a mobile on personal property without it being set up right away. My plans were to hold the mobile on my property until I bought a piece of property to set it up on. Anybody know about the new laws in pasco county? I really do not want this deal to get away. Depends on wind zone rating, if its only a 1, you can’t re-site it anywhere in Fl. A 2 can be placed in counties rated for 2, a 3 can be sited anywhere in Fl.
